Refund policy
Return Eligibility & Timeframes
- You have 30 days from delivery to report defective, damaged, misprinted items or packages lost in transit. Within this period, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue (if applicable) so we can submit a problem report.
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g. wrong size, change of mind), or returns for non-defective items are not accepted.
How to Submit a Claim
Contact us at contact@inkd-studio.fi with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Returns & Shipping Address
Defective or misprinted items do not need to be physically returned. We will handle the resolution (replacement or refund) after reviewing your submission.
Inspection & Acceptance
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong (defect, damage, or wrong item), notify us immediately so we can assist.
Exchanges & Buyer’s Remorse
- Since all items are made‑to‑order, no exchanges or returns for change of mind or wrong size are permitted.
- If you still wish to offer an exchange or alternative resolution, you may do so at your own expense.
EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Rights
If you're located in the European Union, you’re entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible purchases. This means you can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it—no questions asked.
Please note that this right does not apply to certain product types, such as:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
To start a return under this rule, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Refund Timeline
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return or claim, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take a few additional days for banks or credit card providers to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days pass and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to contact@inkd-studio.fi.
Responsibility for Incorrect Addresses or Unclaimed Packages
- If an order is returned due to an invalid, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, or because it was unclaimed by the recipient, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs if you choose to have the order sent again.
- If the return address on the package is not one of our designated fulfillment centers, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional handling fees that may result from the return.
- Unclaimed or undeliverable packages may be donated, recycled, or disposed of after a certain period, depending on the policies of our fulfillment partners. We cannot guarantee storage or re-shipment of such items unless prior arrangements are made.
