Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners once your order is placed. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and fulfillment before your order ships.

Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events.

Items with longer delivery times

Some new items in our store are fulfilled at different partner facilities, which may require additional processing and shipping time.

For these specific products, delivery can take longer than our standard timeframes:

  • Finland: up to 23–28 days

  • Other European countries: 20–30 days

  • Rest of the world: transit times may vary depending on local postal services and customs.

If a product falls under this category, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the number of items, and the shipping method chosen.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions. Be sure to check for current offers on our homepage or product pages.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its progress. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment confirmation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may be responsible for reshipment costs
  • The package may be returned, delayed, or disposed of depending on the carrier and fulfillment provider
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to address errors provided by the customer

If you realize you've made a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@inkd-studio.fi. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we’ll do our best to update it.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local postal service or neighbors. If the package is still missing, contact us, and we’ll investigate the issue with our shipping partners.

Lost or untracked orders must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for a resolution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Partial Deliveries

Some items may ship separately depending on product type, size, or fulfillment location. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.
